SAHS to Open Spring Term March 21, 2022
January 01, 2022

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.

The St. Alcuin House Seminary is sad to announce that the SAHS is temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  All students are encouraged to continue independent study and can continue to utilize the full resource of the seminary during this period.

All current students who are in the process of completing their degree programs are encouraged to contact John McMahon, OSA, Academic Dean, when they are near the completion of their program requirements.

As always, the SAHS will continue to be open as an independent study program for all students interested in learning more about the love of our Savior, Jesus the Christ. There has never been a tuition fee charged for students of SAHS.

I would encourage you to check the website for our “current course offerings” as often as possible. We have recently added an additional 702 courses to our course catalog.

In the meantime, please stay safe. I will continue to cover you in prayer and will ask our Lord to continue to guide and direct you in your ministries and spiritual formation.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and if I can be of any further service, please do not hesitate to contact me at or use the contact form on the SAHS website.

May God's Blessings be with you always.

PAX ++Dr. John L. Simons, OSA,
